Class descriptions
All our workshops include a warm-up section, mood and/or technique exercises, as well as time for learning and dancing the choreography. Additionally, all our duo workshops can always be done solo.
You can find our classes in three different levels: open level (suitable for all levels), beginners, and intermediate/advanced levels. In the beginner-level classes, you don't need prior twerk experience as the class covers techniques and choreography slowly and thoroughly. For the intermediate/advanced classes, having previous twerk experience is highly recommended. The difference in skill level is mainly reflected in the pace and length of the choreography, and/or more challenging techniques and tricks. Feel free to ask if you're unsure about your level, and we’ll help you find the most suitable workshops for you. It's always recommended to have knee pads on all our classes.
SENSUAL BPE A choreography workshop that utilizes sensual and resilient movement language along with twerk techniques. The goal is to break free from everyday norms and express your sensual and seductive energy through dance. According to the class theme, there will be various exercises to get you in the mood and help you explore the secrets of soft movement language. You can bring high heels to these classes if you wish.
BPE goes 2000´s In this hot new class, we go back to the good old times and get the party started with the best hits of the 2000s! This class is full of energy, and you're guaranteed to break a sweat. Let's have fun together, enjoy quality music, and celebrate the joy of twerking.
SASSY BPE An explosive, hot, and unapologetic energy twerkshop. The aim of the class is to find your true Boss Peach, whatever that means for you, through different exercises and choreography. The focus of the class is on feeling and expression, creating a safe space where everyone can express themselves in their own amazing way.
BPE On the Floor A class with a sensual, and smooth movement language that captivates. As the name suggests, the choreography of the workshop is danced on the floor, so remember to bring knee pads with you. The main goal of the class is to listen to your own body and focus on enjoying the emotions that music and gentle movements evoke. This is not a twerk class, and in addition to the choreography, there will be exercises to familiarize yourself with soft movements on the floor.
